Winny's Meals Terms & Conditions


1.1 Winny’s Meals Limited offers a next day delivery service when you order before 11am Monday to Thursday. All orders placed after Thursday at 11am and over the weekend are shipped on Mondays and delivered Tuesday.

1.2 Winny’s Meals Limited will not be liable for losses incurred due to unsuccessful deliveries where deliveries have been attempted on the date agreed. Winny’s Meals Limited will not be liable for deliveries that have been damaged by weather conditions of left in an unsecured place.

1.3 If no delivery instructions are left by the customer then the consignment will be left with a  neighbour. Consignments may return to  the depot if no neighbour is available and if  this is the case, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the parcel the same day to avoid food going off.  Do not consume a product if you have any doubts of whether the product is fit for consumption. Contact us immediately without attempting to consume the product.

1.4 Winny’s Meals Limited will not refund an order on the basis of unsatisfactory taste to the consumer, your desired goals haven’t been met such as weight loss and muscle gain. It is the responsibility of the consumer to notify us of any allergies they may have or to request allergen information from us as this is readily available prior to ordering. However, as a company we do not use any of the 14 food allergens as listed by the Food Standards Authority other than fish which is clearly labelled. With this being the case we will also not refund in the case of unfortunate food allergies as all information is readily available if required. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you to offer you a satisfactory alternative meal or give you the option to wait for it to come back in stock, however we will not refund on this basis. Winny’s Meals Limited will explore all avenues to bring a satisfactory outcome


2.1 The subscription plan to our Services consist of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to deactivation. To terminate or change your payment method email [email protected]

2.2 By subscribing to a Winny’s Meals Plan you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until deactivated by you or us after the minimum term has lapsed (2 months). You can deactivate your subscription at any time within the deactivation deadline. You will not be charged for any deactivation. You can re-subscribe at any time following your deactivation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you. 

2.3 Cancelling your subscription is easy. You just need to email [email protected] from the email address linked to the account and we can do the rest for you. 

2.4 You can request to pause of hold your weekly deliveries at any time during your subscription. Your billing cycle will remain in place and any deliveries owed will be held as credits on your account. These credits will not expire. We are unable to offer any payable credits/refunds on held deliveries.

2.5 Cancellation requests must be arranged 2 weeks before the next payment is scheduled to be taken. In the occasion that cancellation comes in after this period, one final payment will be taken on the next billing date and your deliveries will continue during that period until the next billing cycle where your subscription will be terminated.
